1. Select the Upload XML Data and Submit to SLA radio button.
2. Click Next.
3. Click Select Files... and select an appropriately formatted .zip file.
4. Click Open in the file chooser window.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter information in the available fields.
7. Click Submit.

Hints:

The material in the upload will be validated for errors before being reviewed by the SLA. If errors are identified, the submission will be rejected, and you will receive an email with the details.

1. Please refer to the documentation provided on the SLA website ( https://learningcenter.slacal.com/resources/filing-requirements-and-procedures/slip-ams-documentation) to create the properly formatted .zip file.
2. A submission will be rejected if the upload includes any unsupported file formats. For instance, the system will not accept Microsoft Excel files saved as XML Data or XML Spreadsheet file types.
3. Check that all associated policy document types are PDF, PDF/A, PNG, TIFF, or JPG/JPEG. Any other format will not be accepted.

We advise limiting each submission to 75 transactions or less.

1. Select the Upload Bulk Image Files (BIF) and Submit to SLA radio button.
2. Select either the Standard Policy or Master Policy radio button.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Select Files... and select an appropriately formatted file.
5. Click Open in the file chooser window.
6. Click Next.
7. Enter information in the available fields.
8. Click Submit.

3. Click Select Files... and select an appropriately formatted .zip file.
4. Click Open in the file chooser window.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Import.

Hints:

After clicking Import, the My Unsubmitted Transactions tab on the Policy Search screen displays with the newly uploaded information in the Transactions grid.

Importing a file into "SLIP only" does not submit the information to the SLA.
